Ingredients and processing times are always adapted to precisely
match the specific requirements of our customers. That is the
responsibility of our subsidiary in Grafschaft-Gelsdorf, the largest
rubber mixing plant of its kind in Europe. Here, Böttcher Gelsdorf
produces ultra-fine rubber compounds that leave the plant in the form
of slabs, strips or calendered rolls. They are used as raw materials in
the production of our own rollers or as high-quality food- and medical-
grade compounds in food processing or medical technology. Every
year, Böttcher develops and tests several thousand different rubber
formulations in order to exploit the unique properties of this versatile
material in a wide range of unique properties.
