The SOLT pressure roller

Originally developed as an advance towards maintenance-free laser printer operation, the SOLT pressure roller possesses such outstanding product characteristics that it represents a giant leap forward for copiers with high process speeds as well.

extended range of applications within the capacity of the copier: e.g. thinner paper, postcards, envelopes, recycling paper, etc.
low coating hardness permitting a marked reduction in roller diameter
extremely low dimensional variation under high temperatures

 

The surface quality of Teflonİ heating rollers

Heating rollers are subject to the influences of temperature, toner substances and abrasion. New, durable, electrically conductive coatings consisting of new PFA and PTFE mixtures enhance resistance to these influences and thus prolong equipment service life.

A special process is used to give Teflonİ-coated heating rollers an extremely homogeneous surface structure without polishing traces - a level of quality conventional processes simply cannot achieve.
