Working with all types of rubber, including both black and colored compounds - and with our special expertise in NBR and HNBR, Böttcher produces compounds for a wide variety of applications - for the automobile, machine tool and pharmaceuticals industries, to name only a few. We are able to exploit substantial synergy effects generated by the wide-ranging activities of the Böttcher Group and turn them into benefits for you. At one of the most modern mixing plants in Europe, we produce compounds for customized solutions
developed in our laboratories in dialogue with our customers. We also produce customer recipes (custom compounding) in both small and large quantities.
We monitor and control the precision of compound compositions with computer aided process-control systems. Consistent use of strainer technology with mesh gauges as small as 80 µm provides for maximum compound purity backed by an ultra-clean production environment.
Your compounds are delivered in all of the standard forms, from wigwag sheets to slabs with separating foils to calendered sheets.
