Böttcher filtration washes
The process of recycling dirty blanket wash solutions through filtration systems poses special requirements with respect to water-miscibility and waste-water treatment. Böttcher prod­ucts are designed to mix with water during the washing cycle, after which the dirty solution separates completely into water, waste and wash phases. No water additives except BottcherPro Calcit rehardener may be used in this process. These products have been approved and recommended by manufacturers of presses, washing units and filtration systems.
