Frocut - for a Stable Production Process. The problem is a familiar one. When conventional methods are used, removal of the old roller covering involves a reduction of roller-wall thickness. That endangers production reliability, since the risk of core fracture increases with each recovering - a risk that should not be overlooked, as it can lead to major disruptions in production, especially in heavy-duty applications such as those commonly found in the metal industry. In response to this problem, B�ttcher application engineers have developed a patented, gently process (Frocut) that does not weaken cores and increases roller life substantially.
